Hey yall!! Hope its been a great week!  We got to do a trunk for the church at the town trunk or treat! The ward wanted us to assemble this balloon arch, and it was in a word- excruciating, in the end it looked good tho! We also had a lil bean bag toss that the kids totally ate up.  On sunday we got to watch the primary do their program rehearsal and idk how yall feel but i think the primary program is the best day of the year. One kid went up to the mic and blew his nose onto it instead of reading his part. He was the highlight of the whole thing.  We put Nicole on date this week! We also had our on date family all come to church despite worrying about how they were gonna pay for the gas it took. But God provided!  Its also lovebug season again and those suckers are menaces!! Hey yall!! The subject line is a quote from our recent convert terrence when we asked him how his week was haha the dude cracks me up This week was crazy, we got this weird cold thing that's going around rn so we had to push through that- missionary work when you're loopy on meds is gooooofy  We did a zone blitz in deridder and had a free car wash to bring people to the church! Our goal was a semi truck but the closest we got was a garbage truck hehe  I love yall so much!! The worldwide youth devotional was incredible and yall should go watch the video of President Nelson's testimony if you didn't see it! 

WOW what a week of miracles!! We demolished all our goals!! 5 friends pulled up to church, and 2 are now on date! One of them was Rachel, who we met doing Free Jesus Books a few days ago, and she just pulled up to church and cut it up like she was part of the ward!!  Our friend Nicole came for the first time, too! She's the one that I got to teach last year, and seeing her embraced by the ward made my little heart so happy. We also had some goofy lessons: Our friend Russell is a college professor and likes to rapid fire questions at us. He sets up 3 stools on the porch and paces his yard telling us what he learned from the BOM. Makes me feel like we're a panel of judges about to send him to hollywood.  We met Jonie in her home for the first time! At one point a giant grasshopper jumped onto my hand and I threw it off, launching the diet coke I was holding into the air and drenching my companion in it. Definitely broke the ice in that relationship. We also had our friend Alicia...

Nothing crazy these last 2 weeks! We've been teaching tons of lessons, and have met some really special people!  One friend that I taught when I was here last year is back and ready to be baptized! She lost contact with the missionaries shortly after I left last Oct, and the other day she ran into some members at Walmart and took it as a sign from God to commit! It's so fulfilling to see her come full circle!  Yall... conference was AMAZING! Go watch it so you can understand why "think celestial" is blowing up your social media. I start my last transfer this Friday, and that blows me away! I love this work and can't wait to finish strong w Sis Earley!! 

Hey yall!! It cooled off!! Someone must've prayed really hard cus its down to 90° this week. Because of the unusually hot weather we're getting an invasive amount of crickets trying to get indoors. There's hundreds in the church buildings. Our font looks like somethin outta indiana jones rn. They also love to chirp during church so we get some lovely white noise to foster the spirit.   We had a fun little expereince w an inactive friend we're teaching. While we were teaching her a guy showed up- brotha was clearly in pain- and she paused us to grab a push pin from a junk drawer and head outside. We didnt see nothin but we heard the guy howling and when she was done she came inside, pushed the pin into the wall, and went back out w hydrogen peroxide. I guess its nice to know you got medical professionals in your inner circle right?;) Our trio is having a blast, sis burrows and i gave sis earley a little makeover this week and some lady taught us how to brew kombucha. It was such a good week! We had zone conference and it was craaaazy, I love being back in my Alexandria zone!! And it was freezing in the stake center so us sisters were under about fifty blankets in the back:) We finally got a real rainstorm!! We got lost on fort polk cus of it but ended up at a witches door who gave us a delicious tea and burned this nice little candle to help us find our way. Also made us some 10/10 orange chicken. Love yall dearly! 

Aww I am so happy to be back in this ward they are incredible!! We already had so many miracles and more success than I've seen in the past 5 transfers You'll often hear these members saying lets take the pretty back roads, and I am so here for that. This area has military post Fort Johnson and I just love the lil country vibe of it all. I've said it before and I'll say it again, trio life is the best life!! Sister burrows is actually the coolest person I think I've ever met and sister earley is just so adorable I can't take it.  I have really seen how humility is necessary to recieve further light and knowledge from God! This area is so blessed because the people are so humble and hard-working. Also because our stake president is INSANE and wants to split the stake in the next 4 years and get a temple in Alec. Pray for us bruh cus his prayers are bringing in too many converts to handle! Jk Gods got em all. Love yall!
