YALL. The last one! Whaaaaat!  It was an amazing week! Started with zone conference down in denham springs with Elder Bassett of the seventy! Such a spiritual high. He did a 3 day conference for our mission, so we got to zoom into the other zocos!  I went on exchanges to Alexandria, and it was a BLAST! Taught some fire lessons- one guy was so in there until we taught about prophets. We gave moses as an example and he goes, "yea yea moses was the first woman right??" So we ended teaching about adam and eve too. Sis jenkins is also going home this week so despite teaching the most chaotic lesson ever- we both used a whole missions worth of PMG mastery to pull it together hahaha  We got to do a shopping spree for sis earley to get some winter stuff cus MAN ITS COLD. Girlfriend got the fluffiest coat ive ever seen- dont worry picture proof is attached. Finally we did a blitz in Many! It was the boonies fr, a swampy bayou on the border of texas. Those people are somethin else....

Heyy!! Another great week here in LA!  We had our ward trunk or treat, and celebrated halloween with our recent convert, Cheryl!! I dont think I've told yall about Cheryl....and I'm not sure I have the words to describe her hahaha. She's the best. This week she went to the ER w a pinched nerve, and couldn't even walk once she got out. She had us over for a holiday dinner, and while we played one of our favorite worship songs she started stomping her feet and jumping around. So we definitely saw that woman be healed by a good beat. This week I studied the prophecies of Samuel the Lamanite! I related to the experience he had trying to testify of Christ. I've met plenty of people who say something like, "That it is not reasonable that such a being as a Christ shall come; if so, and he be the Son of God, the Father of heaven and of earth, as it has been spoken, why will he not show himself unto us as well as unto them who shall be at Jerusalem?" Hey yall!! Hope its been a great week!  We got to do a trunk for the church at the town trunk or treat! The ward wanted us to assemble this balloon arch, and it was in a word- excruciating, in the end it looked good tho! We also had a lil bean bag toss that the kids totally ate up.  On sunday we got to watch the primary do their program rehearsal and idk how yall feel but i think the primary program is the best day of the year. One kid went up to the mic and blew his nose onto it instead of reading his part. He was the highlight of the whole thing.  We put Nicole on date this week! We also had our on date family all come to church despite worrying about how they were gonna pay for the gas it took. But God provided!  Its also lovebug season again and those suckers are menaces!! The subject line is a quote from our recent convert terrence when we asked him how his week was haha the dude cracks me up This week was crazy, we got this weird cold thing that's going around rn so we had to push through that- missionary work when you're loopy on meds is gooooofy  We did a zone blitz in deridder and had a free car wash to bring people to the church! Our goal was a semi truck but the closest we got was a garbage truck hehe  I love yall so much!! The worldwide youth devotional was incredible and yall should go watch the video of President Nelson's testimony if you didn't see it!
