Gonzo 2 Pt 2

This week was a bittersweet one!! Saying goodbye to mandeville shattered my little missionary heart;(( 


But I had a wild weekend! The leesville sisters got crazy sick the night before transfers so pres had me and sister burrows go to GONZALES to wait for them to recover! Thats right!! I went back to my baby area! Working it was actually so healing since I was garbage at missionary work when I was there haha 


We went to a bday party and watched a bunch of toddlers beat a piñata with a metal pipe (lol cajuns am i right??), did Free jesus books again and found 11 people!! And, we got to go to church and see all the members!! They even announced that I was back during sac meeting :)) 


Then today we did our transfer to Leesville! YUP BACK IN LEESVILLE! my other baby area, and we're in a blessed lil trio just like last time! I really just got to relive my training ET today hehe


We traveled literally all. day. So we're just now getting settled! 


Heres a little miracle: Alexandria zone is on fire, there was no rain forcasted for weeks but we got a downpour on the fires last night so everyone's all welcome back!

It was another full week! MLC was a straight party, Elder Beaver taped a Krispy Kreme logo onto my PMG, and we biked the 10 miles of beach up and down all day everyday. What more could you want?? This is my favorite verse from my studies this week!  3 Nephi 20:40 "And then shall they say: How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings unto them, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings unto them of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion: Thy God reigneth" Jesus Christ can overcome anything! Get Your Bald Head Flamed

Wild week! We roadtripped all over to get furniture for our new sisters, we spent two full days driving around running errands. MLC with Elder Palmer rocked the house and we did a temple session in the morning- it was the best day. The administrative responsibilities of being STLs are garbage but we went monkey madness mode and got it all done. Super super busy week, absolutely flamed us. But the Lord does his work with or without us, all we gotta do is get on the train! Love you all!!
